- Ed is a vocal proponent of the Truckee Meadows Public Lands Management Act which would free up federal land for workforce housing and economic growth while preserving environmentally and culturally sensitive areas.
- Ed has championed efforts to build out the Northeast Connector which would ultimately connect the North Valleys to Spanish Springs and USA Parkway halving commute times for approximately 35,000 workers and reducing traffic con-gestion and vehicle emissions while improving regional interconnectivity.
- Ed is committed to pursuing policies that promote long term housing availability and affordability.
- Ed’s has a long-term goal to rezone the industrial district near the Truckee river. He plans to work with regional partnerships and organizations to restore the area to its full potential and prevent flooding in an effort to support additional opportunities for residential development and tourism.
